There are many reasons why the family home, office or storefront can be affected by negative energies and even entities, thereby needing an energetic clearing.

Arguments, violence, illness, drug use and even teenage angst are just some of the causes of a build-up of negative energy within the home by its current occupants. It’s also possible that sickness, violence and trauma from past occupants can still be affecting the area today. A house or office may have been built in an area that is significant to the traditional custodians of the land and that is creating an imbalance in the surrounding energy field. (For example, a building built on formerly sacred land or burial grounds.) Haunting by ghosts or entities, though very rare, sometimes can also be a factor in the way a house feels. To complicate things even further, our lives and property can be impacted by energy portals and vortices, as well as the placement of buildings across underground water sources, Ley Lines and other geological anomalies. All of these scenarios can lead to energy imbalances perceptible to the resident that need clearing. Sometimes the impact is very significant and far reaching, affecting not only the family members, but also pets, livestock and even machinery. The productivity of rural land and gardens can also be affected. Of course not every home is affected, and most people are blissfully unaware of the past history of their home or office, and the energy attached to it. However, there are many people who are sensitive to negative or odd energy in and around their residence or office, and, whether they are fully conscious of it or not, this energy effects how they feel in that space.

I do not have to visit your house or business to do a clearing and blessing.

I work with clients around the world, and I use the same techniques to deal with any energies affecting your property or family, whether I am present on the property or working remotely. I use a combination of remote viewing and consultation with my Guides to gain an understanding of what is happening. How I proceed from there depends on the level of consciousness of the energies we are dealing with. If it’s simply a build-up of emotional energy, then smudging by the property owner or realtor may be all that’s needed. If it’s a more conscious type energy, then this requires a different and more involved approach, but can still be done remotely. The first step is to find out what energies or entities are affecting the property. Once we have established what we are dealing with, we can take the most appropriate action toward clearing the house or office. One caveat to this is that one or more of the occupants may also need clearing of negative energies and entities. Children and family members can be affected by attached energies and entities at any time. In fact some children have a natural propensity for attracting unwanted energies. But, barring any rare or dramatic occurrences, if you’re simply not happy with the feel of your home, office or store, it may just need a good clean out on the energetic level. In my experience for simple house or office clearing, good results can be achieved by smudging with white sage purchased from your nearest new age or crystal shop for a less than $20. But if smudging fails to change the vibration in your home or office, a professional energetic clearing and blessing can make all the difference.
